Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Smart Facility Management, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

2. Scope of Work

Services will be performed as specified in the individual Service Quote provided to the client. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario), clients may cancel ongoing service contracts with 30 days written notice. Individual cleaning appointments require 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid a service fee.

4. Liability & Insurance

Smart Facility Management is fully insured for liability and workers' compensation in Ontario. Our liability for any claim arising out of the performance of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Non-Solicitation

The client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage any employee of Smart Facility Management during the term of the agreement and for a period of one year following its termination.

6. Health & Safety

Both parties agree to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Ontario). The client must ensure that the facility is a safe environment for our staff to perform their duties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
